As far as I’m concerned there isn’t a greater stretch of sports than what we get to kick off today – the NBA Playoffs. So without wasting anymore time I’ll get you my (@MattyWillz_23) predictions for the first round of NBA action!
Eastern Conference
Cavs over Pistons in 4 games. Nuff said.
Hawks over Celtics in 7. Boston is getting better, just don’t think they have enough scoring around Isiah Thomas to advance yet. Maybe next year.
Charlotte over Miami in 7. No Chris Bosh, no knees on D Wade, no series win for the Heat.
Toronto over Indiana in 6. Losing David West was a big blow for Indiana, plus Kyle Lowery for the Raptors is the most underrated point guard in the NBA.
Western Conference
Warriors over Rockets in 5. James Harden needs to apologize to the Based God and get that curse lifted.
Clippers over Blazers in 6. Chris Paul is sick of not having success in the playoffs, the Blazers are a good team but the return of Blake Griffin to the Clips is the difference.
Dallas over OKC in 6. Yep, upset special. You’re welcome.
Spurs over Grizzlies in 4. Memphis is just happy to be here, Tim Duncan and the boringĀ ass Spurs have a point to prove.
