Future finds himself being saddled with another lawsuit. The latest lawsuit against the Atlanta rapper comes from Rocko, the A1 Recordings owner who is best known for his single “U.O.E.N.O.” TMZ reports that Rocko is suing Future for the breach of a 2011 contract.

The lawsuit claims Future’s contract stipulated his first six albums would be released through A1 Recordings. Rocko says that Future’s major label home, Epic Records, signed on to distribute these albums. But the suit alleges that Future cut a side deal with Epic Records which earned the “March Madness” rapper some multi-million dollar advances. Rocko says that he is rightfully owed 25% of those advances.

Rocko’s suit also states that he is owed 20% of Future’s earnings from touring, endorsements and other revenue sources. In total, Rocko is looking to get more than $10 million from Future. Worst of all, these two are cousins.

Future is engulfed in legal drama at the moment as he’s also being sued by one of his baby mamas. Last week, news broke that Jessica Smith was suing Future for an increase in monthly child support payments. The lawsuit alleged that the rapper has been neglecting their son.

This was the second time that Future had been sued by Jessica Smith as she previously filed a suit against him in 2013 over similar reasons. The two were eventually able to reach an agreement out of court where Future would pay $2,800 a month. The new lawsuit says that this monthly payment is no longer suitable as Future’s income has increased dramatically as a result of his success.
