ATLANTA, GA – Rocko filed a $10 million dollar lawsuit against his longtime friend and music collaborator Future on Wednesday (June 8) and is now leaking old footage of his former colleague gloating about how big of an impact the Gift of Gab rapper has had on his career.

“Me and Rock been working forever,” Future Hendrix says in the Instagram clip. “Like, it’s been years and years. Even when he did ‘Umma Do Me.’ The whole time, before he did ‘Umma Do Me,’ I was always right there with him the studio. When he did his deal with L.A. [Reid] and I was right there with him going the office, going to the labels, walking through the label.

“I was always there the whole time. It was just I know how to play my position,” he continues.

Rocko captioned the post, “ME & MY NIGGA WERE TOGETHER EVERY DAY! THAT WAS MY MUTHAFUCKIN BROTHER! ANYTHING I DID I ALWAYS MADE SURE HE WAS THERE TO BE A PART OF IT!”

In 2011, Rocko da Don signed Future to a six album deal on his label A1 Entertainment with Epic Records as a distributor. Future allegedly cut a side deal with Epic, axing Rocko out of 25 percent commission on advance money and another 20 percent of his tour and endorsement earnings. The A1 boss is now demanding his cut.
