Now that Gucci home, it’s over for your Gucci clones, but for Gucci Mane fans, the party is just getting started. After releasing his first post-prison track,“First Day Out Tha Feds,” and appearing on a slew of songs from the likes of Kanye West, Drake and more, Guwop announced over the weekend (June 11) that his return to stage is imminent as well, with a Father’s Day weekend performance planned to take place in Decatur, Georgia.

“It’s Official @gucci1017 will be at Premiere1 Multiplex Saturday June 18th right after Birthday Bash,” La Flare wrote on Twitter, sharing a flyer for the party and performance. While Gucci’s involvement is billed as a welcome home party, it’s more than likely that he puts in a little mic work as well.

While Gucci released the robust 36-track mixtape Meal Ticket in late April, before he was released, it’s his more recently released music, or the prospect of it, that’s gotten the people going. Since returning home, Gucci has been spotted in the lab with beat master Zaytoven, the two dancing to an unreleased track as is tradition for such sneak peaks.  He’s likewise teamed up with Kodak Black for “Vibin In This Bih,” and one has to assume that Gucci’s phone is ringing off the hook.

That means plenty more collaborations and at least one new performance. Peep Gucci’s tweet and the flyer teasing his appearance below.
