Kanye West wants Will Ferrell to play Kanye West.

The hip-hop biopic is about to take leaps and bounds forward. According to The Mirror, Kanye West is in talks with comedy god Will Ferrell to help create a movie about West’s life. Apparently, Kanye wants the film to be a comedy, and Will Ferrell might actually be the one playing Yeezy.

Kanye West has taken to Twitter in the past to praise Ferrell as a “living, breathing God,” so this news shouldn’t come to much as a surprise. And the only time Kanye surprises us is when he doesn’t. That makes sense, right…
