Last year, Game was ordered to fork over $7.1 million to Priscilla Rainey, who was cast on his “She’s Got Game” reality show,  after he neglected to show up to court for his sexual assault case. Now, Game says that Viacom, VH1’s parent company, should be responsible for paying Rainey because they are the ones who dropped the ball.

Game says that a doctor working on production noted Rainey’s extensive rap sheet, which includes several felony arrests for aggravated battery,  and said that “in moments of jealousy, normal composure dissolves, leaving her to acting out of control.” Game says that Viacom ignored the information provided by the doctor because they felt Rainey would be good for ratings.

Shortly after Rainey was eliminated from the dating show, she filed a lawsuit against Game, claiming that he groped her. For ignoring doctor’s orders, Game wants Viacom to pay the $7.1 million judgment, as well as  $13 million in damages.
