DMX has been hit with 14 counts of tax evasion.

The U.S. Attorney’s office in New York is accusing the rapper of hiding and underreporting $1.7 million in income dating back to 2000, according to reports.

DMX has already turned himself in and is facing 44 years in prison if convicted.
