YOUNG THUG WANTS HIS RECENT DRUG CHARGES DROPPED!
Young Thug is trying to get some serious drug charges thrown out of court, and he is claiming racism.
The rap star just filed documents in court asking a judge to toss any statements he may have given to cops after his arrest in September 2017, after he was busted with a cache of drugs in Dekalb County, Georgia.
According to reports, Young Thug says the cops forgot to read him his Miranda Rights, and that any statement he may have given should not be admissible in court.
Thugger also claims the cops had no probable cause for the initial stop, for having illegally tinted windows and that his arrest was “unlawful.”
Young Thug could be sent to prison over the eight felony charges, which include weapon possession, intent to distribute meth, marijuana, and hydrocodone.
