With all the sad news circling the internet, it’s nice to finally have a story that honors someone for always doing things the right way.

Oh, and for also helping to send a whole bunch of kids to the NFL.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The first night of Ohio State’s football coaching clinic Thursday took time out to honor Glenville High School’s head coach Ted Ginn Sr. with the “Ohio’s Finest” award.

“It means everything to me,” Ginn Sr. told Cleveland.com. “I’ve had a ton of kids come here, and they’ve given them hope, been an example for my kids and treated them really well. More importantly, I know what it means and I teach kids what it means to be an Ohio State person.”
