CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – A 25-year-old man who was arrested for a murder that took place during the filming of a Q Money rap video, has now been released from the Cuyahoga County Justice Center.
Court records show the Cuyahoga County Grand Jury did not indict Tyreid Manningham.
Mannighman was arrested by U.S. Marshals on April 5, 2019.
He had been charged with aggravated murder for the shooting of Cortez Ruffin on July 26, 2018.
Ruffin was shot outside the Dog Pound Lounge on Cleveland’s East Side, where the rap video was being filmed.
