CLEVELAND– Visitors at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport will likely find the flight information displays blank.

The monitors that typically show flight departures and arrivals, as well as baggage claim locations, are dark.

Multiple sources told the FOX 8 I-Team the city is looking into the possibility someone hacked into the airport IT system. Email is also temporarily down.

The city of Cleveland said all other systems are functioning, and there are no impacts on flights or security operations.

The system is still down as of Tuesday.

Employees tell FOX 8 the outage began Saturday.

The Cleveland Division of the FBI has been alerted to the issue.
