Lifetime always wins with a tear jerking movie!
This February, the Lifetime Network will show their latest moving movie, Betty and Coretta. The Lifetime film Betty and Coretta, will be the launch of the network’s Black History Month celebration. This movie will tell the relationship story of Martin Luther King Jr.’s wife, Coretta Scott King, and Dr. Betty Shabazz, wife of Malcolm X.
Wondering who will star the two powerful women!?
Angela Bassett will play the role of Coretta Scott King, while singer Mary J. Blige will portray Dr. Betty Shabazz. The film will show the two different lives of the women, and the strength in their bond after having their husbands assassinated. Mark your calendar for Saturday, February 9th. The movie will premiere then at 8 o’clock Eastern.
I am definitely going to tune in to this Lifetime movie!
