R. Kelly may make his way out of jail very soon. After a judge approved of his motion for reexamination to be released on bail. R. Kelly’s motion for another bail hearing has been approved by Judge Harry D. Leinenweber. The vocalist’s legal counselor Steven Greenberg filed the motion for Kelly’s denying he was a flight risk on because of his fame.

“Mr. Kelly never missed a court date, from 2002 to 2008, on his past case. The court didn’t think that Mr. Kelly showed up for every single day of his preliminary and was available when the verdict was read. The court never thought about that Mr. Kelly has known about these federal investigations and still didn’t slip away,” Greenberg said in court

In the event that Kelly is allowed bail, Greenberg recommended that the judge puts the vocalist under home confinement with electronic monitoring. Greenberg guaranteed his client wouldn’t contact minors and keep his utilization of social media to an absolute minimum. R. Kelly should confront Judge Harry D. Leinenweber on March fifth.

Kelly is still dealing with extra charges in Minnesota and New York for sex-related crimes.
