Its about time the suspects in the murder of Memphis rapper Young Dolph appeared before a judge in a courtroom in Memphis.

The suspects Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith have been indicted for the murder of Memphis rapper Young Dolph. Originally the hearing was suppose to be on Tuesday it was postponed until early today, after they feel a new judge.

Both men needed more time to hire an attorney, and stated they could afford a new attorney. They say they can afford their own attorney and don’t need the judge to appoint them one. They will be due back in court Jan 28th.

“This judge wants to make sure these defendants have an attorney sooner rather than later,” prosecutor Paul Hagerman said after the arraignment hearing.

“Memphis wants some closure to this thing, and family and media, too.”
