There is a lot of news that gets broadcasted in Cleveland that isn’t good at all. A lot of shootings, and deaths, well we still have to find time to shine light on the good.

Thanks to Bryan Zinser who was outside by the Cuyahoga River shooting drone video, heard a splash in the water and seen it was a person.

“I wasn’t sure what it was at first so I walked over,” he said. “When I realized it was a person, I was like holy crap. I looked around but there was nothing to extend to him. I didn’t want to get in the water at all.”

“I turned to the person next to me and said I’m going to go in, but I’m gonna need your help if he wakes up. I was scared he was going to take me down with him.”

There was a woman who seemed to know the man who was in the water, Zinser jumped in with an idea of where the man had went under. He knew he had to move quickly being that the man was struggling in the water. The river was frigid but Zinser yelled for help to have others help pull the man out the water. After a few pumps on his chest and the woman who was there breathing for the man, he had ac couple of breathes and answered a few questions about who he was.

Clevescene.com did not report who the man was or where he was being treated but were glad he’s okay
