Downtown Cleveland Public Square is do for some more enhancements, and according to clevescene.com advocates are pushing for the city to add a 24hr restroom to public square.
Cleveland for Public Transit wants public square to cater to the public. With a new bill being spent on downtown, the city will use about spend $1.5 million toward a $3.5 million construction project on the square.

CPT would like for the city to stop using Superior for big events, and they have asked for heating elements added to the bus stops on and around the Square. If you’ve ever been to a bus stop downtown than you know how cold it gets.
