The General Mills brand cereal Lucky Charms is under fire and being investigated by the FDA. There have been 100 complaints to the Food and Drug Administration that people were made sick after eating a bowl of Lucky Charms.
This cereal that is known for being magically delicious, does contain bioengineered food ingredients, and is noted on the packaging. On the flip side the cereal does claim to be gluten-free.
There has also been other complaints about the cereal from the iwapoisoned.com site, with more than 2000 people claiming the same thing. Suffering from symptoms like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and diarrhea.
General Mills is aware of the reports but as for now there is no evidence linking Lucky Charms to these claims.
