Kelly was handed a 30 yr sentence for federal sex crimes, and he is ordered for mental health treatment upon his release. He must avoid all contact with anyone that is under 18, that should be obvious due to his charges.
The only way he can be around someone that is a minor they have to be family. On top of all of that he will be on supervised release for 5 years once he gets out.
