Well this is an interesting story that we can get into, courtesy of TMZ
23 yr old Charles Hew Crooks wither jumped or fell from a 10-person plane that took off with 2 pilots and landed with just one.

The plane lost one of its right wheel and they were trying to get back to the ground safely. Crooks body was found stuck in trees.
Authorities believe he fell from 3,500 feet, they are trying to determine if he died from the fall or if he was dead before.
Crooks was a flight instructor and received his pilot license while he was a sophomore in college. His father is devastated.
