There may be fear associated with a diagnosis or treatment plan. Taking the first step can be the most difficult part, but it is a vital path toward recovery. Jodi Finney MSN, RN, CPHQ joined The MetroHealth System in 2022. As Director of Nursing, Behavioral Health, she is responsible for the clinical operations throughout inpatient behavioral health at the MetroHealth Behavioral Health Hospital at Cleveland Heights. She has a passion for staff and patient safety and is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care through enhancing staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
