Nationwide Emergency Test Alert to be Conducted on Wednesday on Phones, Radios, and TV

According to Channel 19 action news, there will be a nationwide test alert on Wednesday .
This test will affect all phones, tvs, and radios, it known as the Emergency Alert System, EAS, and the Wireless Emergency Alert.
These test are scheduled to happen around 2:22pm.
According to Tik Tok the nationwide alert test is nothing to worry about. While some may think that all the frequencies being pushed at one time may affect your health.
The test message will come in either English or Spanish.
Now the EAS will be sent to the radio and televisions, while the WES nationwide test will be sent by cellular.
The purpose of this test is to ensure systems continue to be effective means of warning to the public about emergencies, at a national level.
