In other Hip Hop News, Miami rapper Trina will appear on the cover of the next issue of the Source Magazine. Trina is hard at work promoting her new cosmetics line named after her 5th album Amazin’ which was released on May 4, 2010.
Trina is also filming her own reality show. She took time away from promoting her album and cosmetics to speak on the beef between Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj. Trina feels the unnecessary attention makes all females in Hip Hop look bad.
“I really don’t get it. I don’t see where all this is coming from. Can’t we just make music and get our paper and keep it moving?! We all respect Kim. She opened the doors for us females. It’s all good — everybody’s eating, what’s the issue? This makes us all look bad. There’s barely any female artists as is — we don’t need this!”
