A few are: health, vision, dental, 401k with a company match, flexible schedules, an employer assistance program, closed on all major holidays, and quarterly profit-sharing bonus\n\nWhen does the restaurant open?\n\nWe have immediate positions available before the restaurant opens on Monday, December 7th!\n\nRoom to grow?\n\nAbsolutely! We offer an internal development program called Cane’s, Coffee and Careers. There are 3 promotions for our crew to grow into in addition to quarterly profit sharing. Every position is posted internally first for upper management before we promote it externally, whether its operations or a support role. In non-COVID times, we host all Crew parties. In the past they’ve been at places like Dave and Busters and Scene 75, we give gifts on holidays, and are known to buy our Crew things like pizza, tacos, and slushies to thank them for their hard work!
