From CNN: Los Angeles, California — Friday night’s star-studded “Hope for Haiti” telethon has raised a record-breaking $58 million, with more donations continuing to pour in from around the world, the benefit’s organizers announced Saturday.

After the recent tragedy in Haiti, a lot of celebrities are donating thousands of dollars, but Trina apparently wants to do more than donate money. She wants to adopt an orphaned child from Haiti.

Mo’Nique took home the award for Female Actor in a Supporting Role for her role in Precious at the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards (SAG) Saturday night.  This is her third supporting actress award in 2 weeks so you know what that means…its Oscar Award time!!! Good luck Mo!!
