We first encountered Def Sound and his music a few weeks ago at J*DaVeY‘s show at SOB’s in NYC. Def Sound opened for the group and played with the group during their set. One of the songs we heard him perform, “(A)Gain” was an instant favorite of ours.
The duo of Miss Jack Davey and Brook D’Leau, better known as J*Davey, have been largely silent for the better part of the last year. Aside from the a song here and a song there, not much more than a peep has been heard from the eclectic California duo.
The eclectic alternative hip-hop, rock, punk, new-wave, funk, electronic, R&B futurist (that was a mouthful) duo of J*DaVeY is back with a brand new video.
