Ne-Yo’s one-time baby mama Jesseca White is suing him for running his mouth about their baby drama.
Let me explain. Ne-Yo used to date Jesseca White. She became pregnant, then Ne-Yo later found out the baby wasn’t his. After paying Jesseca $575,000 in a 2009 settlement agreement, Jesseca skated. Ne-Yo’s name was removed from the birth certificate. But part of this settlement agreement was a confidentiality clause that neither side could go public with the information.

Ne-Yo said Jesseca had the baby, he finally got a DNA test, realized the baby wasn’t his…. and stuck around anyway. But then Jesseca started asking for large sums of money, and tried to put the singer on child support. So finally they went to court, and Ne-Yo coughed up that $575,000. Then he never heard from her again.
Well Jesseca apparently saw the episode. She’s hired mega attorney Gloria Allred to get Ne-Yo to come up off that bread.
Allred wrote a letter to Ne-Yo claiming that he broke the agreement. She claims that “because Ne-Yo falsely painted Jesseca as a harlot who lied, broke his heart and then vanished … Jesseca has been defamed, ridiculed and harassed.”
According to the letter, Jesseca has been unable to work, was forced to file for state aid, suffers from mental anguish and is “beset by nausea, vomiting and hair loss” thanks to Ne-Yo’s remarks.
……she needs her ass beat.
