Next to Mike Jordan (who’s Jordan Brand made Nike a wopping $7 Million A DAY in 2014) Lebron is the current king of kicks.. check the full story ℅ SneakerMob.com

“We all know that the sneaker sale conversation begins and ends with Michael Jordan. Even though MJ hasn’t played in over a decade, his sneakers still sellout every weekend- which is how he was able to crack Forbes’ ‘World’s Richest Billionaires’ List.

However, when it comes to current players, LeBron James’ signature line reigns supreme. Last year, LeBron’s Nike line generated $340 million worth of sales, far and away ahead of the second best seller, Kevin Durant, who was responsible for $195 million in sales.

In fact, LeBron’s sales were up 13% compared to the previous year- though he only earned about $20 million from those enormous sales.

Kobe Bryant was third on the list with $105 million in sales (up from $50 million the previous year), followed by Chris Paul’s Jordan line which raked in $32 million. You’ll notice, all of those players are represented by Nike.

Here’s how the list of best-selling sneaker looks according to Forbes;

LeBron James: $340 million (Nike)

Kevin Durant: $195 million (Nike)

Kobe Bryant: $105 million (Nike)

Chris Paul: $32 million (Nike/Jordan)

Derrick Rose: $32 million (Adidas)

Carmelo Anthony: $30 million (Nike/Jordan)

John Wall: $8 million (Adidas)

Dwight Howard: $1.5 million (Adidas)

Kyrie Irving: $7 million (Nike). Shoe released in Dec.

Damian Lillard: $1.8 million (Adidas). Shoe released in Jan.

In comparison, Michael Jordan’s brand pulled in $2.6 billion last year, a 17% increase from the previous year. Nobody is touching His Airness.”
