While the world is still pretty shocked at The Biebs’ impressive delivery over “Otis”, Jermaine isn’t shocked at Justin’ s attempt at the the task. Dupri explains that it’s the age factor that gives Justin the ok to experiment with rapping but as a career move it’s not wise because he’s a singer, and that’s what he should stick with.
