Bijou Star, the "Glam Girl", was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio. As a child, Bijou was nicknamed “Little Oprah.” Spiced with a dose of unashamed honesty, Bijou would query anyone and everyone with her bubbly and engaging personality.
