Foxy Brown aka Inga Marchand isn’t the only one in the family with problems with the law. Her brother Gavin Marchand, aka “Pretty Boy” is accused of possessing forged credit cards and using them to purchase nearly 8 stacks worth of stuff from Hermes. SMH.

Asked about the allegations against her bro after heading to court yesterday, Foxy claimed she wasn’t even aware he was in trouble.

“I don’t know anything about that,” Foxy told The Post outside Brooklyn Criminal Court, where she had faced a grand jury for allegedly cursing at and mooning her neighbor.

Foxy, who a source said broke down in tears during her grand-jury testimony, faces up to four years if convicted of violating a court order by harassing neighbor Arlene Raymond.

Gavin and three others were popped at the Hermes store on Madison Avenue.

Sources say one-time was already inside doing surveillance when Gavin and his friends arrived.

Accused accomplice Warren David, 31, allegedly used a forged American Express card to pay for $7,882.55 in sales.

Police stopped the group outside the store, but one person almost got away. According to cops, Derwin Benoit was driving the vehicle the group arrived in, and sped off at up 90 mph until he was finally pulled over.

The charges could net Gavin and his friends up to 15 years in jail if convicted.

SMH… 8K at Hermes will get you what exactly? A handbag and a scarf??? Definitely not worth 15 years in the box.
