In documents filed in Chicago, Lester L. Barclay, the attorney representing Dwayne Wade’s children in his custody battle with Siohvaughn, says “there is a question as to the mental condition and violent tendencies” of Siohvaughn Wade.
TMZ reports that Lester claims Siohvaughn’s testimony revealed a history of extreme violence and he believes she has “homicidal” and “suicidal” tendencies.
Lester has asked the courts to place the Wade’s two children with Dwyane and force Siohvaughn to undergo a psychiatric evaluation with a court-approved psychiatrist while their custody battle continues.
