The Cleveland City Hall employee involved in an April Fools’ Day prank gone wrong will be suspended.
Cleveland police said 30-year-old Rhodia Wallace, of Bedford, called her boyfriend on April 1 from city hall and told him shots were fired inside the building. That’s when the boyfriend called police and soon officers responded to 601 Lakeside Ave.
