LORAIN COUNTY, OH (WOIO) – Pounds and pounds of pot seized by police during a routine traffic stop in Lorain County on Tuesday.

Troopers stopped a pick-up truck for a marked lanes violation on the Ohio Turnpike near SR 58 shortly before 10AM. Cops became suspicious during the stop and brought a drug-sniffing dog to the truck. The pup picked up the pot scent and the driver – Adam Liebling of Arkansas – was cuffed and stuffed.

The pot would fetch a pretty penny on the street – and is valued at more than $200,000.

The 53-year-old is sitting behind bars in the Lorain County Jail on felony drug charges. If convicted, Liebling could face up to eight years in prison and a $15,000 fine.
