H.O.V definitely had a lot to celebrate! This past weekend, Jay-z hosted the official ‘Watch The Throne’ album release party at Miami’s Club Liv, setting a new club record for bottles bought in the club. Jay and his entourage nearly bought out the bar as they splurged on $250,000 in Ace of Spade Champagne for the occasion. The tab included a 15 liter bottle of the bubbly, valued at $100,000 which was shared amongst celebrity friends A- Rod, Larry Johnson, Mike Kyser, Kim Porter, Flo Rida, Ace Hood, Ne-Yo, Daddy Yankee, DJ Nelson and DJ Clue.

Jay had plenty to toast to with ‘Watch The Throne’ becoming the highest selling iTunes album in history, beating out Coldplay with over 290,000 digital album sales in it’s first week out. The album is currently #1 in 23 countries on Itunes and will take the top spot on the Billboard with estimated numbers of about 426k when final numbers are released later today. Along with that expensive tab, we’re told Jay tipped the ENTIRE staff a grand total of $50,000! DAMN! Check out some other guest who attended the celebration!
