Jay-Z has gotten tangled up in yet another controversy with his famed 40/40 club, this time workers are claiming the club is not meeting area labor standards.

The famed New York club is currently undergoing rennovations, and New York City District Council of Carpenters is coming down on Conelle Construction Corp, who were hired for the rennovations. The company allegedly “does not meet area labor standards, including providing or fully paying for family healthcare and pension for all of its carpenter craft employees,” according to a statement made by the council.

Jay-Z is being held accountable for the mess, seeing as how he’s the owner, citing he “has an obligation to see that area labor standard are met for construction work on their future location.”

The location has been bombarded with 20 ft. angry inflatable rats surrounding the club in protest.
