According to authorities, rapper Gucci Mane will be returning to jail after pleading guilty to battery and other charges.
DeKalb County Solicitor-General Sherry Boston said Tuesday that Mane, pleaded guilty to two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct and one count of disorderly conduct.
The police report states that Mane pushed 36 year old Diana Graham out of his Hummer while driving in an Atlanta suburb on January 28th 2011. Mane’s sentence includes six months in jail, several months of probation, anger managment classes, plus thousands of dollars in restitution and fines. Read details here
