And she looks so sweeet! A teacher in Louisiana lost it the other day and is now in jail after reportedly choking a 6-year-old student!

The incident happened on the Louisiana playground where 6-year-old Kiya Rogers was doing something that really got under 65-year-old Mildred Russ’ skin and had her losing any semblance of patience or control.

First she wrapped her legs around the girl to keep her from moving then tied the girl’s sweater around her neck, squeezing it every time she tried to break free. Russ finally dragged the girl to the principal’s office, pulling her out of her shoes in the process.

“I was talking in the classroom, but we started walking to the lunch room,” Kiya said when asked what she was doing that may have sparked the incident.

“But, that does not give anybody a right to do that to her,” added her mother to WAFB.

“She’s only six years old. She should not have experienced anything like that.”

The first grader has two bruises as a result of the attack, one on her neck and the other on her right leg. Her mother Jessica Rogers said police took the sweater as evidence of the alleged assault, which had holes in it.

She admitted her daughter occasionally misbehaves at school but said the alleged treatment by her teacher was over the top.

The teacher was arrested on a charge of cruelty to a juvenile and held at the East Baton Rouge Parish prison.

She has been placed on administrative leave.

What do you think? Are kids tooo damn bad these days? Do adults have to learn patience? Should the teacher be fired, suspended or applauded?
