The internet is going nuts with reports that Beyonce is going to school to get her GED! Could it be true…?
Beyonce was carrying a LAPTOP – and looked ready to start STUDYING with the other students who were preparing for their General Equivalency Diploma (an alternative to a HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA).
As MedaTakeOut.com ORIGINALLY reported, Beyonce DROPPED OUT of high school when she was 15. She was tutored, but its not clear that she EVER received her high school diploma.
Bey reportedly left high school at age 14 to pursue her career, and although she received tutoring, it is not known if she ever received her high school diploma. The facility she visited offers GED tests.“Socially I did miss out. I left school at 14 and had a tutor,” EURWeb quotes the 30-year-old from an earlier report. “I was never exposed to people long enough to make friends so my family became my friends.”
As she often does, Beyoncé is mum on reports on the latest events in her glamorous life. We at her hometown paper reported that she attended Houston’s High School for the Performing and Visual Arts and Alief Elsik High. The star even tops an online list of Alief Elsik alumni.
