The brawl may be over but the repercussions are still coming five days after a vicious nightclub fight between rapper Drake and singer Chris Brown. Four women have now come forward to claim that they were victims of the New York fight while two of them have threatened to sue those involved over their injuries.

On Sunday, two more alleged victims of the bottle-throwing brawl told their stories and suggested they might take legal action over the injuries.

Model Ingrid Gutierrez said Drake was responsible for the melee which left her with a head wound, but added that she would sue anyone considered liable.

While Lucy Pavlovsky, who required 12 stitches in her arm, said she will seek justice- “regardless of fame, money or stature.”

The two latest victims are Australian tourist Hollie C. and a woman named Veronica, who earlier blasted the stars for getting involved in violence.

As for the two stars, police have questioned Brown over the incident but have yet to talk to Drake. Though NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly said that cops want to talk to him, but the rapper has no plans to turn himself in for questioning.

Drake’s rep, Kelly Bush, told the NY Post yesterday in an e-mail that-

“Why would he turn himself in when he did not commit any wrong-doing?”

Kelly went on to say that-

“The detectives are looking at it and investigating it, and if an arrest is appropriate, an arrest is going to be made…When detectives got there, no one was there. Eight people were injured. The place was in disarray. They’re gathering information.”

Police have been quick to take action against the NYC hotspot as it has now been shut down due to numerous violations.

When the NYPD started investigating the club, they found a number of code violations which led them to close the business indefinitely, leaving partygoers lined up outside the door on Saturday night disappointed.

Earlier Ms Gutierrez, 21, spoke out about the incident for the first time.

Ingrid claims the incident kicked off when Drake and a group of henchmen that included rapper Meek Mill and their bodyguards came over to Brown’s table, where she was sitting.

She told the New York Post-

“They got up in his face and were giving him the middle finger….Chris told Drake to f*** off, and the next thing I heard was smashed glass and the bottles started flying at us.”

It was a much tweeted about incident as fans continue to weigh in on the nightclub fracas.
