Now I know Common isn’t broke…..but he hasn’t made any payments on his Chicago apartment in several months, and Bank of America wants their money!
Common and his manager Derek Dudley got a mortgage for a condo in Chicago in 2008. But they haven’t paid on it since March. The condo is $2,285 a month.
Bank of America wants their bread! They’ve filed foreclosure documents, demanding the amount of the mortgage, plus interest and penalties, totaling more than $345,000!
