Rather than explode over the incident, Meek said he has faith in loyal supporters.

“I ain’t tripping. If people wanna buy your album, they’re gonna buy your album whether it’s gonna leak or not,” Meek told “RapFix” host Sway Calloway in response to hitting the speed bump that almost every artist goes through these days. (MTV)

Earlier this month, Meek celebrated the album with a private listening session.

“Warner Bros. held an intimate listening session for Meek Miill’s upcoming album, Dreams & Nightmares, at Manhattan’s Electric Lady Studios. With a crowd of less than 100 people, the music industry’s movers and shakers showed up to support the MMG prince’s new project. Among those were music and Hollywood heavyweights including Jay-Z, Will Smith, Rick Ross, Estelle, Wale and New York Giants player Victor Cruz.” (SOHH)

The Philadelphia-bred emcee previously promised his debut would be worth the wait.

“We out in L.A., Grammy weekend. On our way to Club Colony to do our thing. MMG we in the building. You already know man. I ain’t get no Grammy’s this year, but next year it’s gonna be a wrap. Wrap city,” Meek said in an interview, “Dropping my album in 2012. This summer, Dreams & Nightmares. Wrap city. They don’t give it to me I’m gonna take it. That’s how we ride. Feel me? Cause we want it all. Young n*ggas fromt the ghetto getting money.” (Maybach Music Blog)
