One fourth of rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony Krayzie Bone won’t be ringing in the new year locked behind bars. He struck a plea bargain in his DUI case.

While Krayzie Bone won’t be locked up, he will be in alcohol education class. According to Bone’s plea deal, Krayzie Bone plead no contest to driving with a blood alcohol content level higher than .08. He was sentenced to three years probation and must be enrolled in an alcohol education program immediately.

Krayzie was originally charged with two counts of DUI and driving without a license. However, the second DUI and the suspended license charges were dropped in exchange for the no contest plea.
