It’s a new day for the kid who hates “being sober,” so bottoms up!

Yesterday, Chicago rapper Chief Keef was finally released from the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center, after doing three months for not adhering to his probation.

Not only was Keef met with the fresh air of freedom, but he was greeted by his family, homies, and paparazzi. As soon as Chief Keef made it outside he couldn’t wait to see his daughter Kay Kay, which is evident in this video when he raises her with a quick yelp of joy. The Interscope signee wastes no time hopping in a black truck with his baby girl.

And if you thought the 17-year-old wasn’t productive during his time in jail, you’d be wrong. The bag of notebooks that the guard hands his people is a clear indication that he’s been writing while in jail. So yeah, expect Sosa in the studio sooner than later.
