Forget all the rumors about Beyonce having a surrogate, there is a little girl named Blue Ivy Carter and she is too adorable to waste time on how she was conceived! Bey, Jay and Blue made their rounds through Paris, stopping to enjoy a bite at an eatery. Not long before they were into their meal, a crowd gathered outside the establishment where an onlooker caught Blue Ivy on camera!
Blue walked around, waving her napkin like an innocent baby girl and not even the snap from cameras didn’t break her stride. Jay and Bey were close by as Blue garnered an audience.
