“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore may be “gone with the wind fabulous” in her own mind, but it sounds like her neighbors and landlord don’t see her as fabulous. In fact, her rental check isn’t fabulous either, as it was short a substantial amount last month, which has landed the Bravo star in some trouble. Apparently, she hasn’t been able to pay her rent, which means she has been served with an eviction notice. While Kenya isn’t speaking out about it, everyone else seems to have an opinion about Kenya. According to a new Radar Online report published on June 4, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore is now being evicted from her rental home because she failed to pay rent and neighbors don’t like her.

Apparently, Kenya rented a mansion for $3999 per month to film the show. However, she was $848 short on her rental paycheck for the month of May — and also defaulted on the terms and conditions of the lease. Her landlord wants the rent for the month in addition to $2500 in eviction fees and damages. “The sheriff’s department posted the notice on Kenya’s home last Thursday but she still doesn’t know that she has been evicted because she hasn’t been home yet,” a source has revealed. One has to wonder how she is dealing with the issue since she isn’t home.

Apparently, the rent is just one problem. Kenya has been labeled the “neighbor from hell” and her landlord has reportedly been getting complaints about Kenya’s presence in the mansion. Kenya supposedly only moved into the rental home because she was filming “The Real Housewives of Atlanta. “The homeowner is incredibly upset at what is unwanted attention that has been caused as a result of Kenya moving into the neighborhood,” the source revealed. “Owners are concerned that the value of their properties are going down because she has not maintained the landscaping, nor the pool, has even storied furniture outside and her dog is always on the loose.”

What do you think of the eviction notice?
