Miguel is breaking his silence after it was reported that the woman he accidentally drop kicked at last month’s Billboard Music Awards might be brain dead.
Miguel was performing “Adorn” during the award show when he botched a jump kick from one stage to another, falling and hitting Khyati Shah in the process.
The victim’s lawyer tells TMZ that “some of the difficulties [Khyati’s] experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury.” Vip also claims that crews on the scene responded to the accident with a “pathetic gesture — an ice pack designed to soothe a bruised elbow.”
