Sorry San Antonio Spurs, but you won’t win your 5th NBA Championship. the Miami Heat outlasted the Spurs 95-88 to win their second consecutive NBA title. And for the second consecutive year, LeBron James was named the Finals MVP.

James had 37 points, 12 rebounds, and four assists in the decisive Game 7. He drilled five threes, and with less than 30 seconds on the clock and just a two-point lead, pulled up off a pick-and-roll and nailed a jumper that essentially sealed the Heat’s victory.

“This is what it’s all about,” James said. “I came here to win championships and to be able to go back to back, two championships in three years, so far, it’s the ultimate.”
