Looks like Warner Bros. is about to steal Marvel’s thunder at  San Diego Comic-Con this weekend.  The L.A. Times is reporting that the follow up to “Man of Steel” will not be a traditional sequel but instead  a team up with Superman and The Dark Knight himself for a 2015 release.  According to sources, Warner Bros. will be announcing this epic collaboration today at the Comic-Con international panel.

No word if Christian Bale will return in the role of Bruce Wayne/Batman, as he’s said publicly that he’s moved on from the iconic franchise.  Currently “Man of Steel” has grossed over $621 million worldwide, solidifying Henry Cavill’s position as Clark Kent/Superman.
