Busta Rhymes sets off ELE 2 with a bang. The rap veteran enlists Q-Tip, Kanye West, and Lil Wayne for his new single “Thank You.” Bussa Bus and Tip spit rapid-fire rhymes over the Alicia Myers sample (“I Want to Thank You”) while Yeezy provides ad-libs and Weezy introduces his YMCMB label mate.
Busta is working on his new album E.L.E. (Extinction Level Event): The Final World Front, which has already spawned the Nicki Minaj-assisted hit “#Twerkit.”
A video for “Thank You” was shot over the summer with director X.
