According to Action 19 News

RTA’s public relations department says that the incident happened at about 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 8, near East 156th Street and Lakeshore Blvd. The driver was operating the #30 bus.

According to the report, a customer did not want to change seats after being asked to accommodate a woman with a stroller. The operator was reportedly assaulted during the argument, but did not seek transport or treatment by EMS.

The passenger involved left the bus before Transit Police arrived. The operator and the bus were taken out of service.
